The Nestlé factory in Moga (India) is studying an increase in the capacity of the factory and to streamline the production process. The main objective of the study was to analyze the daily operations. Secondary objective was to identify and to resolve bottlenecks in the production process. The simulation model of the factory of Moga included both the AS IS and the different TO BE factory layout alternatives.
