DELFT; March, 30 – As further proof of our commitment to deliver only the highest-quality products and services, Systems Navigator is proud to announce that we have successfully renewed our ISO 9001:2015 certification. This ISO standard defines the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) and confirms our commitment towards consistency, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Systems Navigator was originally certified in 2015 and since then we are audited every year. The renewal process requires a complete re-assessment audit every three years, ensuring that we are continuing to meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. To have this certification successfully renewed demonstrates that we have consistently been able to maintain the highest quality standards and processes in the design, development and implementation of our technology and services.
“This process underlines our commitment to working towards best practices for our customers and partners and helps us to keep our promise to “do what we say and get the job done, every single day”. said Vincent de Gast, Director at Systems Navigator. “You can see the real difference world-class standards makes to your business. Not only do you gain competitive advantage – improving efficiency, reducing costs and minimizing waste but also all your partners and customers will continuously benefit from this investment.”
Systems Navigator Quality Manager, Martijn Riesenkamp, has overseen the development of the company’s quality systems during the last years. “Our aim since the initial certification has been to develop our quality systems to improve Systems Navigator’s overall performance and minimize risk to the company by providing tools to continuously improve process quality, consistency and scalability. We work in a dynamic, challenging industry, so our QMS needs to be able to respond to constant changes in business demands. This latest accomplishment shows that our entire organization is driven to best serve our customers into the future.” said Martijn Riesenkamp.
