This ISO standard defines the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) and confirms our commitment towards consistency, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Systems Navigator was originally certified in 2015 and since then we are audited every year. The renewal process requires a complete re-assessment audit every three years, ensuring that we are continuing to meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. To have this certification successfully renewed demonstrates that we have consistently been able to maintain the highest quality standards and processes in the design, development and implementation of our technology and services.
