DELFT; December 9, 2020 – Over the last three years, pre-assembled units, or modules, were delivered from around the world to the Tengiz Field in Kazakhstan for final assembly as part of the Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project. Systems Navigator delivered modeling services and advanced decision support technology during the design & execution of the supply chain logistics.
Modules were fabricated in Kazakhstan, South Korea and Italy and transported through the Russian Inland Waterway System (RIWS) and into the Caspian Sea. Recently, the 408th and last module was delivered, marking an important milestone for the project.
Since 2013 we have supported this project with logistic simulation models & scenario analysis, supporting numerous decisions on execution strategies, as well as operational execution. 100% of all modules delivered in budget and on time is something to be proud of and our work played an important role in order to accomplish that.
