Dropboard is created by Systems Navigator and this privacy policy refers to the personal data processed by Dropboard. Systems Navigator, located at Nieuwe gracht 575, 2627 CS Delft, The Netherland, is responsible for the processing of personal data as outlined in this privacy policy.


Personal Data We Process

Systems Navigator processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us directly. When you use Dropboard, we may collect and process the following information:

  • Name (first and last)

  • Email address

  • IP address

  • Browser and device information (collected automatically)

  • View preferences (e.g., view set, filters)

 

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process

Our services are not intended for collecting data about visitors under the age of 16, unless parental or guardian consent is provided. However, we cannot verify the age of our users. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data collection without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at support@dropboard.nl , and we will delete the information.

Dropboard does not use cookies. Session management and personal preferences are stored in the local storage or session storage of the device used to access Dropboard.

Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Systems Navigator. You also have the right to data portability, meaning you can request that we send your data in a computer file to you or another organisation specified by you.

To submit a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, or to request withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data, please contact us at support@dropboard.nl.

To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we will ask you some verification questions. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and no later than four weeks.

Systems Navigator also informs you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

 

How We Store and Secure Personal Data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary and to the extent we are legally obliged to do so. Systems Navigator takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.
