Simulation of navigation, berthing and loading operations, considering meteorological constraints and thresholds for berthing, loading and leaving the berth. Assessment of the downtime for meteorological reasons, production losses and average and maximum waiting time of ships, analyzing different scenarios of terminal management criteria, including variations in meteorological thresholds (more or less penalizing values within the assessed range) fleet composition (namely with different % of the biggest Q-FLEX and Q-MAX ships).
